Are you a real estate agent looking to list my house?No. Quikklōz is a family owned and operated real estate investment company that buys houses just like yours. We BUY houses, we do not list them. Quikklōz also does not charge fees or commissions.
Should I fill out the 'Sell A House' questionnaire or should I call you?Whichever makes you the most comfortable. However,filling out the questionnaire answers a lot of the questions we will ask. When we call you back, we will know about your situation, we will know about your property, and we will be able to start offering solutions. It is easy to fillout the form, so go ahead and fill it out now.
If I fill out the 'Sell A House' questionnaire, how long will it take to hear from you?We will look over the information as soon as we receive it and will get back to you within a couple of days. If for some reason, you don't hear from us, please give us a call or send us an email. A technical problem may have prevented us from receiving your information in a timely manner. Just remember, we care and want to help.
If I know someone who needs to sell their house quickly, do you have any kind of payment for referrals?Yes we do. We pay $500 for every referral that we end up purchasing.
How much will this cost?We will never charge you to sell us your house. This is one of the reasons we got started in this business, we do not believe that you should have to pay to sell your house.
What kind of properties does Quikklōz buy?We specialize in single family homes, town houses, condominiums, and duplexes, but we will also buy land.
Where are the properties generally located that Quikklōz purchases?Quikklōz purchases properties in an around the greater Atlanta area. However, we are most active in north Atlanta and its northern suburbs such as Roswell, Alpharetta, Norcross, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Woodstock, Marietta, Kennesaw, Canton, Acworth, Cumming, Milton, Suwanee, and Buford. However, if you are outside of these areas, feel free to contact us anyway. Even if your property isn't right for us, we may be able to refer you to someone in your area.
What should I do if Quikklōz can't buy my property?The properties we buy must meet certain criteria. However, if your property doesn't work out with us, we may still be able to help you sell your property. We work closely with other investors, and we may be able to refer you to someone with a different set of buying criteria. We may also find that your best solution is to list your property with a Realtor. In that case, we will be able to refer you to a Realtor who can help you sell your house.
Are there any risks?Your biggest risk is to do nothing. It only takes a phone call, an email, or a few minutes to fill out the 'Sell A House' questionnaire to find out if we can buy your property.
Why not list my house with an agent?This is, of course, an option in some situations. Below are some reasons why you would not want to list your house:
What if my house is already listed?We may be able to get your agent to discount their commission and sometimes they may consider releasing you from your contract. We can still buy your house faster than other buyers, but depending on your agent, it may take a little longer than usual.
How much will you pay for my house?We will make you a fair offer. This offer is based on location, comparable sales, repairs needed, and how fast we need to close. We will explain to you how we arrived at the number when we present the offer. |
